Volume Capacity: With 3 farms in the North and Central Texas region, our own fleet of flatbed trucks and dedicated drivers, we can handle any project, from Airports and Sports fields, to smaller residential projects. 

Scheduling: Lead time on delivery orders is typically 2 to 3 days, to insure alignment with project timelines. Lead time for pick up orders is 1 to 2 days. The more lead time you can give us the better. We understand things happen and you may need something sooner. We will do our best to meet your needs. 

Seasonal Availability: Our turf grass is available year round. Dormancy season is usually between November/December to March/April, depending on the weather. The grass will not be green during that time, but perfectly viable. 

Delivery Options: We have our own flatbed semi-trucks that can haul up to 20 pallets or 24 big rolls per load. We also have smaller bobtail trucks that can carry 10 pallets, for the hard to reach properties. 

Geographic Coverage: Our delivery area includes most of the North Central Texas Region. Delivery fee’s start at $95 and go up the farther from our farms that you go. Please call or email for specific availability and delivery cost for each city. 

Handling Guidelines: Our sod is cut fresh daily and delivered promptly, within 24 hours, to maintain viability. Once received, we recommend installing sod within 24 hours. If that is not an option, we recommend that you put in a shady/dry area until it can be installed. Never wait more than 2 days to install, to insure viability. 

Cost Transparency: We offer clear pricing per square foot, including volume discounts, based on quantity of orders. All estimates given are valid for 60 days from the date on the estimate. So, NO surprise price changes on your project. 

Payment Terms: Commercial customers receive special pricing, based on order quantity expected. We offer Net 30 Accounts or pay as you go. For commercial customers only, you will receive pricing at our cash/check discount price, saving you 3.5% per invoice. American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa accepted. Tap to pay, Apple pay and Google pay, available for in house ordering.
