- Previous landscaping or sod installation experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
